- Customers must ensure that they maintain backup copies of their data.

8. Refund and Cancellation Policy---

11. Termination---

- Upon termination, the customer must cease the use of the software and delete all copies in their possession.
12. Governing Law---
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where Dev Infotech operates.
13. Amendments---
